What languages do you speak?
Our team speaks over twelve languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Punjabi, Hindi, Farsi, Tajiki and Dari. Just tell the front desk your preference.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — new patients and families are always welcome, seven days a week. Book online or call (604) 558-3636.
What are your hours?
We’re open seven days: Monday to Friday 10am–9pm, Saturday 9am–7pm and Sunday 10am–6pm.
Do you take dental emergencies?
Yes. With long hours seven days a week, we can usually see dental emergencies the same day and get you out of pain quickly.
Do you accept the CDCP and insurance?
We are a Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) provider and accept most insurance plans, billing your insurance directly so you only pay your portion.
Do you have specialists in-house?
Yes — orthodontics (Dr. Taher), periodontics (Dr. Shirbani), oral surgery and implants (Dr. Xu) and endodontics — so most care happens here without a referral across the city.
Where are you, and is there parking?
We’re inside Metropolis at Metrotown (upper level, near the Apple Store), 4800 Kingsway #396, Burnaby — free mall parking and connected to Metrotown SkyTrain.
